Why Choose Nutritional Therapy?
Every one of us is unique, and so are our requirements for maintaining and regaining our sense of well-being. Our health is determined by a multitude of details; the food we eat, our lifestyle, our environment, our genetics, and our relationships, to name a few. Additionally, the older we get, the longer we are exposed to factors that may disrupt the balance of our health. The aim of nutritional therapy is to treat the body as a whole; seeking to address not just the symptom, but the cause.
In my sessions, I use an evidence-based approach to identify potential links in past and present symptoms, life events, and stressors to address your unique nutritional needs to restore balance, support the gut, and improve mental health to ultimately promote a feeling of wellness. This is achieved through an initial in-depth consultation where we will discuss your current and previous health, your relevant family history, and the body as a whole, alongside functional testing. With the information gathered, I will provide an easy-to-follow nutrition and lifestyle plan to meet your individual needs along with further support every step of the way!
Specialising in mental health, my aim is to support cognition through diet and lifestyle advice to address potential disruption and inefficiency affecting the gut-brain axis. We really are what we eat!

Medical Note - as a nutritional therapist, I do not provide medical treatment or diagnose. I work alongside mainstream medicine, communicating with other healthcare professionals, to provide you with a complementary nutritional plan and support. You should always contact your primary healthcare provider if you have any urgent medical concerns.
